Just an 8-min walk to Kings Beach, 10-min drive to NorthStar, and near casinos & top golf courses. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with a private backyard, decks with seating, and a utility wagon for convenience!
The Space:
You will love this peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin that contains a lot of Tahoe "Bear" Love. Located minutes to Kings Beach main beach and the most popular slopes. It is perfect for all seasons. The fully stocked kitchen with items such as drip coffee maker, crockpot, (start the meal before you leave the house), blender, toaster, multiple glass and plastic drinkware and many cooking utensils and tableware. The owners have kept their cabin very family friendly for your stay. The living room has a sectional seating couch, Samsung Apple TV, wood-burning fireplace (wood not provided), free Wi-Fi (421 Mbps), central heating, no A/C (room fans for summer use) and full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room (where you will find the hot tub towels). The card table and four folding chairs and many games and books will also come in handy for family time.

The upper floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed, dresser, love seat, armoire and Smart TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a twin-over-queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk beds, dresser, armoire and Smart TV. The upstairs bathroom also has a standing shower.
