Large Maisonette in Lytham St Annes with a fabulous roof garden, above local shopping strip, fully self - contained and 5 minutes from the promenade and town centre. First and Second Floors. Stylish and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and dining. Local shops on your doorstep, including a Co-op and chemist, as well as a Chinese takeaway and the best fish and chips in town. A bus stop outside to take you to Blackpool or St Annes town centre (5 min drive). 3 bedrooms makes it ideal for families.

Large and spacious home perfect for a family stay.Clean and well looked after, with lots of utensils and items in the kitchen, and board games in the living room, which is always the benefit of being in a house that someone normally lives in. The takeaways and CoOp are really handy too.Would be very happy to come back another time
