Very clean. Easy communication with owners. Walking distance to Forest Park restaurants and downtown area. Highly recoomend staying here.

Nice property and incredibly spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Upstairs bedroom doesn’t have much shade over the windows so it was fairly bright so we had to wear eye masks at night is my only complaint.

We stayed here for 4 nights August 14th, 2024, me, my wife & our 16 year old son & we had such an amazing stay!!!
Everything was so clean, super kitchen, great 2 bedrooms with comy beds!
After a day out in Chicago & was great to come back & have a hot shower & relax on the sofa & watch the big TV with all the channels.
The location is perfect, easy walk to the train & Ubers to downtown or Wrigley were cheap!
There is a McDonalds within a 2 minute walk but we really enjoyed the main street that the McDonalds was on as there is restaurants & shops. Walmart is a quick not even 5 minutes away so you get your goods there.
Eric was fantastic to deal with, he had everything set up for us & so easy process to check in & out.
The parking in the back was such a bonus as well!
