Located steps from the sparkling Pacific Ocean, the "Terramar Beach House" is an ideal getaway for a family beach vacation or a small group gathering. Enjoy the ocean view from the second floor master bedroom, adjacent living room, or your private balcony. This adorable, two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, two adjacent dining areas with seating for up to 14 guests, and multiple indoor living spaces adorned with classic touches.
On the lower level, find yourself enwrapped in gorgeous redwood from floor to ceiling—perfect for after-dinner socializing or movie watching. On the upper level (accessible via a spiral staircase), a second living area offers ocean views, additional comfortable seating, a wet bar, and access to a furnished balcony. Back on the ground floor, you'll find a lush patio area with outdoor seating, gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit.

Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. Pets are allowed (two dog max), no cats, with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

We loved our stay at this property! Lots of space, you could easily have 2 families share the property! Ocean views were perfect! Only thing missing was beach access which we knew we didn’t have when booking, but that would have made the stay that much better! Will for sure be coming back to stay here! Host was super responsive and checked in with us several times throughout the stay! It’s was so so so perfect!

The property's location was ideal—just a short walk to Terramar Beach and a quick drive to both North and South Carlsbad beaches. Also, Legoland was only a few minutes away. The house was fully furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including beach towels and gear stored in the garage for our use. I would recommend this property and stay here again.
