About this apartment rental

Enjoy the tranquility of the mountains minutes from App State and downtown Boone. New construction located in a secluded wooded neighborhood offers new furnishings, king bed, spacious bathroom with double vanity, and two TVs with Spectrum, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with black stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop and electric convection oven. Perfect for extended stays with high-speed internet, dedicated parking spot and full capacity washer and dryer.

The property was lovely and very nicely appointed. It is even larger than it appears in the pictures and a perfect space for 2 people. The host was attentive and helpful.

All the amenities were excellent. Justin communicated all information we needed, plus he provided phone contact number if we needed to talk to him directly. The message communication is all we needed to use. Local ground coffee and home made granola were provided, a nice touch. The views were gorgeous, even with the rain, during out stay. Premises were spotless and everything we needed for our stay was provided. Parking spot was two - three steps to apartment entrance with easy in and out. One best word for the apartment and location, Wow!

Super easy check-in process. Great communication from owner. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very close to downtown Boone and App State University. Would recommend this property for individual or couple wanting to stay in this area!
