This flat, located on the 3rd and 4th floors with lift, subtly blends traditional architecture with modern, elegant decoration. It also boasts a view of Fourvière Cathedral, perfect for the Festival of Lights.
It is composed of :
- a bright living room with a comfortable sofa,
- a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), open to the living room
- one bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm) and en-suite shower room,
- a second bedroom with a king-size bed,
- one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
- one bedroom with sofa bed,
- bathroom with shower and bath,
- 2 separate toilets,

This is a wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. It is on a pedestrian walkway filled with interesting restaurants. You will really feel like you are in Lyon. There is nothing bad to say about the place. It is the French dream place.

Wonderful place for our stay (8 of us) in Lyon. Right upstairs from many restaurants and bar and an easy walk to sights in Lyon.

The apartment is large in scale. Property agt that met us was very nice, but delivered some unfortunate news. The lift was inoperable. Really surprising that the rental company did not email me in advance to advise of that development to ensure that there were no travelers with mobility issues. We learned of it upon arrival. We do not have mobility issues, but I selected this apartment because it had an elevator to reach the upper floors w/bags. 73 steps up & 20 in the flat.
On the lower floor, there is a W.C, living room, kitchen & very small bedroom.
There is a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. I am not sure that even if the elevator was operating that you would have access to the upper floor & bedrooms. This is not described at all in the apartment details. Neither are the W.C.s
On the top floor of the building, there are 2 king rooms, 1 w/shower&sink, laundry room, an external room w/shower & bathtub & a VERY TINY water closet that is next to the laundry room & spiral stairs.
Pros - the location is great, plenty of glasses/plates, washer/dryer.
Cons - magnetic toilet seats, only 1 WC for 3 bedrooms upstairs, no real kitchen equipment for cooking, dull knives, no water upon arrival as advertised. Some had to go down the spiral stairs middle of the nt for the WC. Towel rack in lrg bath didn't work & no reply from agt. Needed 2nd key & that took many texts/long time.
Had a great trip, loved the location, but would not choose this flat again.
