Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for the comal and Guad. rivers. We didn’t expect river access so being across the street was not a deal breaker for us. If you have jet skis or a small boat, the dock access that comes with the house will suffice. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and well organized. I’ve stayed in rentals not near this prepared for guests and not near as clean. The owners were easily accessible by email and responded within minutes. I didn’t really need anything but had a question about trash pickup. Overall, nice home for our needs.

The home was able to accommodate our party of ten. Then living room areas are separated by the kitchen which allowed for privacy. The house is furnished with plenty of utensils and cookware but you will need to bring your own seasonings. Overall, the location was centrally located and the house met our basic needs.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will say that the pictures are a bit deceiving the water front is not in your backyard it's actually across the street. The master bedroom bed is very hard, the grill was a bit dirty,no sugar for our coffee, lastly I would say the dining room chairs were also very old and uncomfortable. Other than that the place was fine for the family of 5 and a small dog.
