A cozy and comfortable living room with television, wifi, and Bluetooth speaker, a lovely equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, blender..), a dining area, all opening onto a wooden terrace, furnished with a beautiful clear view of the hills and a glimpse of the sea. A double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. A second double bedroom with a 140x200cm bed. A shower room and a separate toilet. A washing machine.
For your comfort: Air conditioning in the living room, TV, Wifi, Electric oven, washing machine, shared swimming pool and tennis court in the residence, electric barbecue, outdoor furniture...
To be paid on site or online (for reservations on the website): Security deposit €1200, tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee €110.
