The Space:
- The inside of the house is on the smaller side, but cozy and comfortable
- The unfinished garage has a pool table, washer/dryer, and bicycles
- Orange Tree and Macadamia Nut Tree in the back yard
- Extremely Safe Neighborhood - Rated "Very Walkable" on Walkscore
- Parking for 3 vehicles + in driveway
- We clean with bleach to make sure every inch of the space is sanitized

The Neighborhood:
The friendly, safe, and quiet neighborhood of Fullerton offers many boutique restaurants that offer delivery and take out. The neighbors are all families, mostly with children, and we just ask that you observe quiet hours; no parties are allowed. If you crave nature, Laguna Lake is a scenic escape where locals go biking and the Arboretum houses some beautiful waterfalls.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with ridesharing apps like Uber. Many restaurants, cafes, and shops are within walking distance, or you could go for a ride on one of the bicycles in the garage.

We offer to have our team come as often as you'd like to help with anything you need during your stay. Our team always wears a mask and gloves and is conscious of cleanliness. We provide a living wage to our crew and pricing tiers are as follows:
a. Full Service Cleaning: $115
b. Laundry/Linen Cleaning Service: $25
c. Clean the Dishes: $25
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during our stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a call or text away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival

Had everything we need. Besides some dust behind the TV and around the toilet area it was clean and the neighbourhood was very nice. Lots of familys walking dogs or with children. Over all I loved the property and would rent in the future

Quiet location, convenient to places we needed to go in Anaheim and Costa Mesa and Santa Ana. There were a few things that could use improvement but overall it was a nice place to stay. There is a Stater Brothers in easy walking distance. Be aware there is no street parking allowed in Fullerton at night. That was not a problem for us. It looks like the single-wide driveway could take up to 3 cars, but we had just the one.

The house was well maintained and clean. The amenities were basic. My one criticism would be the beds were not so comfortable. The owner communication was very good. The neighborhood was generally OK. The next door neighbors had a big screaming fight one early evening. Aside from that it was fine.
