The holiday home offers everything you need for a perfect family holiday. On 3 floors spread over 147m ² a total of 5 bedrooms with double beds (from 01.01.2020 still an additional bunk bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and toilet (from 01.01.2020 still a 2nd bath), a separate toilet, a modern Kitchen with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and much more There is also an open-plan living / dining area with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa area and a wood-burning stove.
The outdoor area has a balcony, a terrace, a sunbathing area, a fire bowl, a charcoal grill and a garden with a sandpit.
On 147m ² the holiday house Reinerzau offers a high quality equipment for your family holiday.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms available, spread over 3 floors and each equipped with a double bed (from 01.01.2020 still an additional bunk bed). There are two travel cots for your children as well as a changing table, a children's toilet seat, a high chair and children's games.
And so that your dog also feels comfortable in our holiday home, a feeding and drinking bowl is available in addition to a blanket.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath, a shower and a toilet (from 01.01.2020 still a 2nd bath). There is also a separate toilet on the middle floor.
A dishwasher, an induction stove with oven, a toaster, a coffee machine for filter coffee u.v.m. awaits you in the modern kitchen with its well-stocked furnishings.
The open plan living / dining area adjoins the kitchen. This invites you to linger together with a cozy sofa and a large dining table. A pleasant feel-good atmosphere is additionally created by the existing stove. Here you can put your legs up in the evening and toast to the beautiful day with a glass of wine or a cool beer from the Alpirsbacher brewery.

The house is large, comfortable and had everything we needed for a visit from the USA. Great communication from the host, unbelievably beautiful location and great surrounding towns. Thanks for the amazing visit to Germany!!!

Wir haben als GroÃfamilie im Haus "Kleiner Kinzig" ein langes Wochenende verbracht.
Die Tage waren besser als zu Hause: viel Platz, schöne Gegend und trotz Regen gemütliches Geburtstagsgrillen. Unsere 6 Kinder von 1 bis 17 Jahren waren voll beschäftigt an allen Tagen. Entspannung pur in der Sauna, die einfach super ist. Hot Tub war auch ein Vergnügen an den kühlen Tagen. Zum Verbessern: die Zugänge sind abends dunkel und rutschig, die Bewegungssensoren reagieren etwas spät, weswegen man sehr vorsichtig beim Laufen aus der Sauna und Zum Hot Tub sein muss.
Wandermöglichkeiten - einfach toll, für jedes Alter, jede Laune. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und Ausblick von allen Seiten bezaubernd.
Die Einrichtung des Hauses entspricht hohem Niveau. Besonders passend ist gute Musikankage. Kamin - einfach Spitze! Holz haben wir mitgebracht, man könnte es aber auch vorbestellen (für Hot Tub nicht vergessen). Das Essen wurde ebenfalls von uns mitgebracht. Kochen in der Küche war problemlos.
Allgemein ist das Haus SEHR sauber und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie zu Hause, aber auch im schönsten Urlaub.

Tolles Haus, sehr sauber.
Leider ist der Weg zur auÃen Sauna nicht beleuchtet, sowie auch nicht zum fass. Das sollte man noch ändern denn gerade wenns kalt ist wird es früh dunkel.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Leider konnten wir das Ferienhaus nur durch Zuheizen mit dem Specksteinofen auf Wohlfühltemperatur bringen. Die Sauna im Garten war super, der Weg dorthin war allerdings etwas unsicher. Das WLAN im Haus war gut, allerdings war die Verbindung ins Internet nur sporadisch möglich.
5⬠Nutzungsgebühr für Waschmaschine und Trockner halte ich bei diesem Preisniveau nicht für angebracht.
