This spacious and well-equipped cottage is perfect for comfortable gatherings with family and friends. The two separate living rooms and terraces surrounding the house offer both communal spaces and more intimate retreats. The jacuzzi, griddle, table football, and numerous games allow guests to fully enjoy the property, and since 2021, the private above-ground swimming pool has been a popular amenity. Bicycles are available for rent at €60 per weekend and €140 per week (4 adult hybrid bikes, 6 26" mountain bikes, and 2 24" children's mountain bikes). They offer a unique way to discover all the treasures of the Cotentin Marshes Regional Natural Park.
