I wanted to rate my experience very highly, even excellent, but there were a few disappointments that I feel need to be addressed:
There were only two extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, and they were quite thin.
When the dryer malfunctioned, a repair person was sent promptly and worked diligently to resolve the issue. While I appreciated the quick response and his effort, it was concerning that no one from your team followed up with us afterward to see how everything was going or to check for any additional concerns.
The extra blankets provided were not what I would expect for guests.
The soap and shampoo amenities were quite minimal; in fact, all the amenities were only about a quarter full.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
