About this villa rental
Villa Petra is a villa built in Dalmatian style with a stone facade, and has four bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms. In total, 8 to 10 people can stay in Villa Petra.
The villa has a 230m² terrace with a private heated pool of 26m².
The living area is 340m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned.
The large outdoor area offers a swimming pool with sun loungers, a large pergola with summer kitchen and grill as well as a seating area and dining table.
On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living area: living room with sofa and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, as well as the exit to the terrace.
On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the terrace with a stunning sea view. The first floor is also accessible from the outside via a staircase.
On the 2nd floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed, as well as an additional living room area with a sofa bed for another 2 people, and also a private bathroom.
Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. Rollaway beds, cots, high chairs are available on request.
Parking spaces for several cars are reserved on the property for our guests.
Villa Petra was built on a 570m² plot, and is approx. 1.4km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palm trees, the property is surrounded by cascading walls, and offers privacy and security.
Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs, up to 25kg).

The host was really responsive and nice. The one thing is that in the listing it doesn’t say anything about not having music/ noise. We had one night where 9 of us played games outside and were having fun but were later asked to not play music at night and to not have a party. Seemed to be ok during the day so maybe just more of a stay for families and less for birthdays given the noise stuff. I did really enjoy my time though.

We had the most amazing holiday in Markaska, from arriving at the villa to leaving the whole experience was fantastic. The hosts were brilliant, always on hand via message for anything you needed. Not that we needed anything other than our holiday clothes, toiletries and factor. Everything was supplied and when i say everything i mean I've never been to a villa so fully equipped with everything. Stunningly decorated, very clean, lots of towels, hair dryers, washing powder, washing up liquid, food hamper, just everything you can think of. Thank you for everything you did for us, we will be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Croatia! The location was perfect, the villa was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommended.
