"Rocher" is a modern 82m² apartment for 8 people located on the first floor of a chalet. You will enjoy the south-facing terrace and balcony with beautiful mountain views. Apartment location: - 1.5 km from the center of Chainaillon Le Grand-Bornand - 900 m from the downhill ski slopes - 10 m from the free shuttle stop - 6 km from the bus station. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in an outdoor lot and garage. Cleaning is either done by the tenant or can be booked. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are provided. Check-in from 4:00 PM - Check-out before 10:00 AM. You will be contacted by the local agency regarding payment of mandatory tourist taxes, booking the cleaning service, and renting bed linen and towels if needed. * *To be booked 7 days before your arrival and subject to availability. Kitchen: kitchenette. Kitchen equipment: hob, oven, dishwasher, fondue set, raclette grill, coffee maker, kettle. Living room: 1 sofa bed or pull-out bed (2 x 1 person). Bedroom 1: 1 double bed.
