Enjoy the tranquility of the mountains (in summer also the pleasant coolness during the day, but especially at night) at an altitude of 1500 meters, hike to the numerous huts and excursion destinations on the Gerlitzen or relax in the hotel's indoor pool.
Accommodation near Kanzelbahn, ski slope accessible via ski path, cross-country ski run near apartment house, gastronomy in the Edelweiß house (5 minutes on foot), parking in front of the house, lift to 5. Floor, ski storage room, ski boot room. Coin operated washer and dryer on the ground floor.
Modern furnishings mostly made of solid wood, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD radio with MP3 connection, new fitted kitchen in L format with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. for self-catering. New bathroom with spacious shower, wardrobe with shoe cabinet. Large loggia (11sqm) over living room and bedroom with a fabulous panoramic view.
Next grocery store in Treffen about 10 km.

A very well equipped apartment which met all our needs for a weeks stay. There were five of us and we were quite comfortable in this well furnished space. The block was quiet and plenty of parking. As we were skiing we were on the slopes most days and dining in, in the evening. The kitchen had all the appliances you could require with the bonus of a dishwasher. Very helpful to have toilet rolls bin liners etc. A lovely balcony with such glorious views. We enjoyed the swimming pool most days. A short walk to the ski lifts and ski hire. Excellent communication with the owners who answered all queries promptly. We would definitely visit again and recommend this property to others.

We had a great time and felt very comfortable. Apartment is fully equipped, views are outstanding, kids liked the pool.
One little drawback is a lack of dishwasher, we spent too many precious time in incredible location doing the dishes :-)
Ah, one should not forget how incredibly clean the apartment is!
