CA’ 3 VIE LAVANDA - One Bedroom Apartment is a 3 star Apartment. It is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - pedestrian area. The nearest beach is located in 2 minutes walking distance. The interior size amounts to 46 m2. Our apartment is split-leveled, it is composed of one bedroom with ensuit bathroom, living room with sofa bed which can be used as sleeping facility for 2 persons and another bathroom. The apartment is situated on the second and third floor of a completely renovated old building.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

First, Igor was fabulous to communicate with! He was incredibly professional, articulate and prompt. Additionally, he was waiting for us at a parking lot where he gave us directions to the apartment. The apartment itself was updated, comfortable, very clean, quiet and in a great location. I very highly recommend this VRBO!
