About this house rental

Large 200m² apartment located in a chalet offering another rental. In the heart of a typical hamlet with panoramic views of the valley and the mountains. Accommodation on 4 levels. Ground floor: 1 bedroom with TV (1 bed 160x200cm with shower room and WC) (access on the same landing as the other rental). 1st floor: large living room of 82m² with professional kitchen, living room, lounge, WC. 4 bedrooms with TV (1 double bed with private shower room, WC and balcony / 1 bunk bed for 1 person + 2 single beds 90x200cm with bathroom and WC / 1 bed 160x200cm with shower room and WC / 2 beds 90x200cm with shower room and WC). On the 2nd floor: 20 m² family room with TV, shower room and private toilet (2 beds 90x200cm + 1 bed 160x200cm). In the basement: wellness area shared with another rental (sauna, shower and toilet + laundry area. Parking 50m away in public car park. Country house harmoniously combining old stones and wood in the heart of a typical Haute-Tarentaise hamlet. Pleasant south-west exposure offering a panoramic view of the valley. Very comfortable accommodation with top-of-the-range equipment and services. Very charming. Cocooning atmosphere with immediate access to nature. Villaroger, pleasant village located at the gates of the Vanoise National Park, between Bourg St Maurice, Tignes and Val d'Isère, large charming cottage on 4 levels, ideally located to discover the Haute-Tarentaise region by beautiful hikes , by bike or by car. Getaways in Italy via the Col du Petit St Bernard, or in Maurienne via the famous and mythical Col de l'Iseran. Change of scenery guaranteed!
