Great apartment and location. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The apartment is within a block of the beach and is in close proximity to numerous restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops. A major park is across the street. Downtown and shopping are walking distance away. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property set in Viareggio, very close to the beaches and walking distance to restaurants, shops etc, a perfect base to explore this part of Tuscany.

I had an amazing stay at the apartment in Viareggio! The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the beautiful beach. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
