The location is AMAZING! Steps from the ferry to Switzerland, steps from the Funnicular to a view of Lac Lemon and steps from a lovely lakeside promenade that can be viewed from the most spectacular balcony. The property is spacious and clean. It is close to a grocery store. Hosts provided a very comprehensive host book. Merci Marc and Regina!

This is the perfect place for a cozy stay in Evian and steps the lake, restaurants and shopping. The host warmly greeted me even though my arrival was delayed. The apparent is generous in size and comforts with two well sized bedrooms with lots of places to settle my things, plus a very nice kitchen with its large wood work space overlooking the living area and lake. There’s and additional dining area and very large terrace. It was perfect for my visit! I look forward to coming again!
