The place was light, comfortable, and well equipped, and communication with the folks at Arrive was prompt and clear. We especially liked having a view of the Hood River and being a short walk from downtown.

This property has much of what you look for in a rental. We found the location, floor arrangement/size and general cleanliness to be very good.
On the less positive side, consider us in the camp of reviewers that found the primary bed uncomfortable. For context, my spouse and I are on the smaller side of average in size and typically have no issues with queen sized beds. Unfortunately in this case, the mattress felt broken. It sinks sharply towards the middle making a sore few hours of rest the best we could get.
Despite all of the other great features, the compounding effect the poor mattress comfort during our stay make this property a difficult one for us to personally recommend.
