Single-family house "Magna Tilia", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Stolac 16 km from the centre of Senj, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 16 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'500 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (130 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer, heating available only from 15.Sep. - 15.May.. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 16 km, supermarket 16 km, restaurant 9 km, bicycle rental 16 km, bus stop 7 km, pebble beach 16 km, concrete beach 16 km. Cycle lane 20 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Hot tub (extra). Organizing a party is not allowed. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

Świetnie wyposażony, nowy dom, doskonale położony w spokojnym miejscu. Panoramiczny pejzaż na morze i wyspy (budynek znajduje się na wysokości ca 900 m.n.p.m.). Do urokliwej miejscowości Senj jest co prawda 16 km, ale jadąc po krętej drodze jest co podziwiać, a i sama miejscowość ma niepowtarzalny charakter. Obiekt idealny dla większych rodzin z dziećmi. Godzina drogi do Plitvickich jezior i około godzina do przepięknego parku narodowego Velebit.
