About this house rental
This 3 bedroom, 4 bath single family residence will quickly become your favorite home away from home. With a large patio right on the sand, a huge master suite and 3 designated parking spaces, this home has it all. As if the large patio right on the sand wasn’t enough, the huge master suite has a solarium with sweeping views of sunsets, the ocean, Catalina Island, Palos Verdes Peninsula and beyond. Please note the home has space heaters for those chilly beach days.
Double sliders from the front living area open out onto the sunny patio furnished with a table, six chairs and umbrella, two lounge chairs, side table and gas grill. The newly redone kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep with granite counters and side-by-side full-size SubZero refrigerator and freezer. A glass-topped table with seating for six is the ideal spot for indoor meals. A leather couch, loveseat and coffee table occupy the living nook in the corner by the fireplace.
A much larger family room upstairs has plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing - a sectional sofa, large TV, desk, queen sleeper sofa, as well as a wet bar with three stools. A bath with shower is located just outside the door in the hallway.
A washer and dryer are located in the three-car garage.
Two master bedrooms provide options for families with more than one adult couple. The downstairs master has a king bed, en suite bath and flat panel TV. Also downstairs, the third bedroom has a set of twin bunkbeds with a trundle. A full bath is steps away in the hall.
Comprising the entire upper front of the home, the huge master suite has a king bed tucked away on a platform and a newly redone en suite bath with shower and enough counter space for a diva. The sitting area has a couch, chair with ottoman, fireplace, flat panel TV, table with four chairs and there’s more! A solarium with table and chairs, two rattan couches, coffee table and endless views provides even more space for reading or just lounging on lazy summer afternoons.
Enjoy spectacular sunsets and Catalina Island views from the beachfront patio. Sip a morning cup of coffee on the sand, or in the privacy of the master suite. Some of the best memories are made around the BBQ while grilling family favorites.
With the surf right out front and Seashore Drive just behind – it couldn’t be easier to enjoy both the beach and all the other amenities the area has to offer. Options for shopping and dining abound. Travel across Coast Highway for casual eateries like Eat Chow, Spaghetti Bender or IL Barone for North Italian cuisine. Cappy’s Café is famous for breakfast – be prepared to wait in line! The Newport Pier area has seafood restaurants, taco joints and more. Upscale Lido Marina Village features shopping, fine dining at Nobu and less pricey options - get the freshest fish and chips at Circle Hook - or go to nearby Cannery Village for seafood at The Cannery or Bluewater Grill.

Our stay was great the house was big and had a lot of space. It was great for our big family. The beach was great for the kids too. A little cold but we went first week of June. We would stay again.

We stayed at this beach house to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. The biggest highlight was the location—the beach was quite literally right out the back door. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight onto the sand each morning was magical.The house itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for a family gathering. It had all the amenities we needed and offered plenty of space for both celebration and relaxation. The views, especially at sunset, were absolutely stunning and made for some unforgettable memories and great photo ops with our graduate.This place made a special occasion even more memorable. We’re so grateful we found it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway, especially for marking a meaningful moment with family.

Our family had a great time at the beach - great location. The house, however was a disappointment. Very dated, dark and not as clean as I would expect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen/great room was good. But there was ants and mosquitoes! Window screens lacking in some rooms and broken in upstairs bedroom. The master bed room’s sink was very slow to drain and sliding screen off track (could not fix).
For the price of rental the house needs updated.
