Lagon indoor water park is just opposite the residence, 50 meters away,Sports and Conference Centre Tignespace is 100 meters away. Shopping center with ski shops, French ski school ESF, supermarket, bakery, pubs ans restaurants is at the very bottom of this 11-floor property (4 lifts). Private ski lockers are on basement floor. Paying public carpark is compulsory in Tignes during winter season. Surface area : about 63 m². 6th floor. Orientation : North, South. View lake and mountain. Living room with single bed. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooking rings, fridge. Separated WC. Shower room with shower, WC. Bathroom with bath-tub. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.

Perfect location for accessing the pistes. We were a family of 5 and the accommodation was perfectly sized for us. Would be quite cramped with more than 6 people. Kitchen is very small but this was fine as we did not plan to cook. Hoover is rubbish so recommend you pay for the end of stay clean. Also, you need to pay extra locally If you want WiFi - but we just used phones as hotspots. Overall a great apartment for ski-in/ski-out convenience
