This new, finely furnished apartment, located in a recently built detached villa with a quiet garden and stunning views of the Orvieto cliffs, is just 1.2 km from the historic center. Free outdoor parking is available. Ideal for those wishing to visit Orvieto and nearby sites: Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio, the villages of Umbria, and nearby Tuscany. It is 80 km from Rome and is connected by the A1 motorway and the train station. Hertz Italiana car rental is available opposite the train station. The approximately 65 sq m apartment consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, kitchenette, and dining area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a large shower. Finely furnished and finished, it is ideal for a family of up to four. Outdoor area with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. Large balcony overlooking the city of Orvieto. Tourist tax is not included in the price.

Casa Angelo delle Rose was the perfect home away from home while we were in Orvieto!Comfy bed, big shower with great water pressure, extremely clean and amazing views of the city from the extra large balcony! The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities and being able to do laundry was a huge plus.The location was great! It was a 4 minute drive to the parking garage and Annarita even provided us with a parking pass. In and out of the city was a breeze! It really was a perfect location if you are looking for a place to stay outside the city.Annarita was an amazing host! She cares very much about her guests and their stay in her home. We really enjoyed chatting with her and learning about her beautiful city. I wish we could have stayed longer! I can't recommend this place enough!!
