Ever wanted to visit a rural and quiet place off the beaten path, but still be reasonably close enough to civilization that you can grab a bite to eat or do some shopping?
Three full bedrooms and several couches make it possible to sleep 10 adults comfortably. There's a full kitchen, a gas grill, and fire pit available for cooking. The front and back yards are very spacious, with plenty of room for just about any outdoor game you want to play. There's also a fenced dog run to allow for pets to have some space.
The house is just 40 minutes from the Columbus Ohio airport (CMH), and 15 minutes away from Delaware, Ohio - where there are a number of great restaurants and brewhouses in the uptown area. If you're a horse/harness racing fan, this is just minutes from the Delaware fairgrounds where they hold the Little Brown Jug race each year.

We chose this home for the location and look of property. It was so quiet and private. The home was decorated beautifully. Would rent this property many times! Thank you for making the stay perfect.

Property was clean, spacious and private. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was convenient to several places we wanted to go. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location was great for the reason we were in the area and stores/restaurants were not far. Check in was easy. Received code and house instructions were on table. We did not get any correspondence from host. The kitchen is nicely furnished and easy to prepare meals. Laundry on site is nice. Home was surface clean, but carpet had areas that were stained/dirty. Bedroom four beds were not comfortable and TV is small. Bedroom 1 has no TV to see from that room and bedroom 2 has no TV which was not ideal for our long stay and number of guests. The driveway is lined with trees and they are not trimmed, so if you have a SUV or higher profile vehicle the branches with rub/scratch against it.
