The house sleeps 12 people comfortably in the bedrooms. There is an additional pull out sleeper sofa in the basement/game room, as well as the twin air mattress mentioned above. All essential cooking supplies provided in fully stocked kitchen to make family meal times a breeze.

This house was great. It was clean, easy to get in and out of & close to the Ark, not far from the Creation Museum. The house was played out well & had many activities to keep us busy. The host was nice and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here

We had such a wonderful stay. The game room & theater were hits with the kids for sure! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Would love to stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay when going to see the ARK Encounter, especially with having kids! Not only was the house set up with a great layout but there was so many little details that made this trip even better. You had board games, arcade games, air hockey, and a little movie spot just in the basement. Then they even had a nice pack n play and high chair for the littles. Our family had the best time at this home and Greg was awesome to reach out and make sure our stay was just that and more! There’s also a friendly stray cat that you might get to see and very friendly outside. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend to come stay if you get the chance!

Greg was an amazing host, checked on us dailyTo see if we needed anything! The house itself was in a perfect location and was simply amazing! Every detail that you could think of the house had it! Will definitely stay here again in the future!
