Inside, the Pink Venetian unit has been completely renovated, seamlessly blending modern amenities with historic charm. Relax in the cozy living spaces adorned with tasteful décor and original architectural details, all while enjoying stunning views from every room. The home features two bedrooms, one bath, high-speed Wi-Fi, and streaming TV.
The first bedroom offers a king size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen size bed.
There is no washer & dryer in unit however a paid laundry service is available upon request. It must be requested the night before and there is a 24 hour turn around time.
There is an exterior security camera for your added safety.

This beautiful Venetian is not only historical, but it is completely renovated into an amazingly fabulous play to stay!! I have always admired these colorful homes along the coast of Capitola & to have actually been inside of one was an absolute joy 🤗 walking distance to the beach, pier, shopping & restaurants is the best!!!

This place is amazing. The location is about as good as it gets if you want instant beach access and a short walk to great food and shopping. The place is very attractive and well equipped. The little balcony is a great place to sit and drink your coffee in the morning. The only complaints we had was that the light and shade controls are very numerous and complicated. Also hard to see for us who need glasses. Also the TV was very hard to figure out and when we tried to call the manager for help no one answered or replied to our message. That said we had a wonderful time. It ends up being very pricey with the added fees but if you want a splurge it’s great.

We absolutely loved our week stay in the upper (and lower) Pink Venetian! Ive always wanted to stay in one and this did not disappoint. It has been newly remodeled with all modern comfortable amenities. Beautiful picture windows give you a breathtaking views of the ocean literally outside your door. Motorized window coverings were awesome lol! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and with the windows open all night you cant help but sleep soundly with the ocean breeze and sounds! Everything was clean. Check in a breeze. We cannot wait to stay again. If you can rent both the upper and lower unit I would highly recommend for access to beach supplies, laundry units and extra beds! Perfect for teens or inlaws hahahaha. We very much enjoyed our week. Thank u!
