About this apartment rental

Beautiful brand new one-bedroom condo in the latest development at Bayview Place ENCORE. "Encore By the Bay" isn't just your home away from home, it's resort-style living. Luxurious and bright! Amenities include outdoor swimming pool with heated cabanas gas fire pit and bbq, fitness centre, amenities room, full-time concierge and secured underground parking. Steps away from Victoria's Inner Harbour and only a 10 minute walk to downtown.

We have increased all cleaning standards and protocols as per CDC Covid-19 guidelines. This property will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized thoroughly in preparation for your arrival.
