Step into a sandy oasis at this lovely beachfront home! Perfect for family get-togethers or romantic getaways, this cozy home will be an excellent landing spot for whatever your coastal excursion has in store for you. Situated in Bayshore, a community cradled between the Pacific Ocean and Alsea Bay it is just a short drive away from shopping and dining in Waldport, Yachats or Newport. You can sit down and relax, take in the view of the ever changing hills and dunes, and watch the ocean crash in the distance.
Featuring an abundantly stocked island-style kitchen, you'll be making meals with a view of the beach from a wall of west-facing windows. With the open concept great room, your entire group can be together whether you're cooking up a fantastic meal, sitting down to eat at the dining table or relaxing by the fire on the comfy sofas. Wherever you look, there's breathtaking sights to be seen. The west facing primary bedroom has a beach view, a desk if you need to work remote, and private access to the deck. Enjoy your own ensuite bath that boasts a jetted tub and stand alone shower. Across the hall is another bedroom with a queen bed. It has a sparkling view of the bay and the Alsea Bay bridge, along with its own door to the hall bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. The pull out sofa in the living room is sized for small adults or children.
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the sea, read a good book or just sip your favorite beverage as the sun moves through the sky to a spectacular sunset. Watch for the wildlife that is abundant in this area which includes fantastic bird watching! Take a step off of the ocean front deck and put your toes in the soft sand, as you set off for a full day of walking along the shore for miles and miles. Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (strictly enforced), No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA rules

Unit was clean and bright. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. TV worked perfectly. Only negative was that there really wasn’t beach access from the site. There was a steep sand cliff to get down to the beach. But the dunes were lovely. It was kind of a “Summer of 42” experience.

This house was overall an amazing place to stay. It had great views — my wife and I both admitted we wouldn’t mind doing the dishes there every day with the view from the sink — and was very easy to get to. The kitchen was exceptionally spacious, as were the living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. My only two complaints/suggestions were that 1: there was no garage access — we arrived in the middle of a rainstorm (a common occurrence on the Oregon coast!) and had to carry our luggage upstairs to the house completely exposed to the elements with our three children (ages 6 months to 8 years) when the garage would have allowed us to simply go straight up the internal stairs to the house; 2 — this is knit-picking, but when the advertisement/description says fully stocked kitchen, I would expect at least a fully stocked spice cabinet and more than just a can of spray olive oil. But, in terms of hardware, it was absolutely fully stocked.
