Situated in Savannah Lakes Village near McCormick, S.C., this lakefront property is located on the pristine shores of Little River in the heart of Strom Thurmond Lake. Beautiful wildlife, fiery sunsets, and tranquil surroundings are part of the charm of this townhouse. Surrounded by 1200 miles of shoreline in the heart of Sumter National Forest visitors will enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, golfing, and most of all relaxing. Walking trails located in the three nearby state parks affords opportunities to observe wildlife in their natural habitat.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of a landscaped wooded lot, the townhouse is located close enough to McCormick for a quick trip to the grocery store yet far enough away for complete quiet and relaxation. We stayed for Christmas. Mr. Smalley was an amazing host. The house is comfortable and quiet. It offers everything you might need or want. We are a family of 8 that stayed and had plenty of room. Our daughter and son in law joined for Christmas dinner and it was still roomy. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to book again.
