The Black and White Bungalow is a freshly remodeled modern yet rustic studio. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Yuba City it is just the place for you to relax while your in town. It has 11 ft vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, instant water heater and so much more. Decorated with great attention to detail you can't help but love this space. It also includes a peaceful back patio and a large backyard.

I came from Utah to visit in Cali and honestly this place was so nice to stay in, very comfortable and homey. Would 10/10 recommend

The place was as pictured inside. It’s a remodeled garage with the basics provided in the kitchen and a decent shower. The exterior needs a lot of work, but someone did come and mow while we were there. It helped some. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, it’s fine for that. If you’re wanting to hang out or spend any time outside, might consider another one of his or other properties. May be more comfortable. Otherwise, Ryan was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. Very appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay, everything we needed was there. The bed was perfect and we slept comfortably. Love the rain shower and the very nice remodel! It's in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Parking is off-street, which we appreciate.
