Our home features four bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests, perfect for reunion weekends, Flyer games, or any visit to Dayton. The accommodations met our expectation in terms of providing all the necessities at the right price. Street parking for our oversized vehicle was available right outside of the house’s front door. The ring cam offered a feeling of safety since it pointed at our vehicle overnight. Utilities all worked appropriately. Communication with Sam, the host, was prompt and professional. House was well stocked with needed items (towels, bedding, hair dryer, and everyday kitchen items). Bedding, towels, bathrooms, and kitchen appliances were all very clean. The house overall is well-loved in terms of cosmetics which was ok for us since we traveled with our kids and didn’t want to worry about a scratch or scuff. Overall, it worked perfectly for our stay.

We stayed here for our wedding in Dayton and booked it for our wedding party traveling from out of town. It was absolutely perfect! The house had plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for a busy wedding weekend. The location is also super convenient, especially being so close to UD. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
