All you need for a great vacation is right here! The Rourk Beach House offers plenty of space for families to gather, be it on the porch, the pool deck, or in the spacious sunroom for relaxation! With eight flat screen smart TVs, ceiling fans in every room, a gorgeous pool and a gas grill, you'll never need to leave... however, the beach is just steps away! Lovely hard wood accents in the home give it a welcoming feel. You've even got a bit of an ocean view from the porch. Rourke will sleep 16 people comfortably. You'll love relaxing at the pool listening to your favorite music with the Bluetooth speaker system! You will surely come back to this house again once you experience a stay here!

Relax around the pool while listening to your music with blue tooth speakers. Large covered area under the house has an outside shower and picnic area with a gas grill. Inside enjoy 8 flat screen smart TVs, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans throughout the house. There is an extra living area (Carolina room) open to main living room. Approximate square footage 3200. Please, no smoking or pets allowed.

Dunes Realty, were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Only mild inconvenience was initial check-in due to a mix up of keys/envelopes with another property. Would recommend making sure you check in before their office closing hours to avoid delays and confusion. Very pleased with location, overall house accessibility, parking, and space provided. Enjoyed both patios and the under house area. Unfortunately was not able to enjoy pool, due to cooler temps and windy weather, but was very clean and accessible.

The photos are little off from the layout of the home. Plenty of room and was stocked well for large families. Could have been alittle cleaner for the cleaning fee charged and better description on website. Also no where showed and described that the access to the upstairs is a spiral stair case.

The location was exceptional, some things to improve upon on owners behalf the outdoor shower should be enclosed for a quick rinse off of sand & change swim wear. The house had a musty smell upon entering nothing Lysol could not fix. The bedrooms were good however the king beds were uncomfortable queens were much nicer. Some kitchen cabinet doors would not close. Overall we had a great stay
