Relax In The Wonderful Tuscan Countryside One Step From The Sea ..

We had a wonderful week in Simone’s holiday home. Simone is an excellent host and extremely hospitable. He greeted us on arrival with a tour of the village and coffee in the local bar. Many ideas of places to visit were given to us by Simone. Towns such as Pisa, Volterra, Livorno, Luca, Florence and Siena are all within easy reach by car. Glorious beaches are near by. Simone always had good suggestions for the best places to park. The house has everything you need for a holiday and Simone kindly left a gift of wine and pasta. Fruit and breakfast foods were also left by Simone and were greatly appreciated after a long journey. Once again, many thanks Simone for ensuring we had a lovely time in your accommodation. We used this appartment as a "base camp" for our trips throughout tuscany. A lot of amazing cities can be visited in less than one hour drive, like Pisa, Lucca, Voltera and Florence. Also the beach is reaonably close. Also really amazing was the owner of the appartment. Not only ishe very kind and hospitable, but he also always does his best to assist with tips and good suggestions. This was so much appreciated and very helpful. The appartment itself is very clean and obviously has been renovated not long ago. All in all, a perfect place to stay if you want visit all the nice places in Tuscany.

We spent almost a week at Orciano Pisano, a beautiful little village within the typical tuscan landscape. Simone was the perfect host. After arrival he helped us with lots of information and even with some small welcome-presents. The house is located in an area where most of the famous cities (like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno or Volterra) can be reached within 1 hour. Thanks to Simone tips we always found the perfect parking spots, in those cities. The house comes perfectly equipped with a beautiful kitchen, big bathroom and a comfy bed. Thanks to Simone we found a really lovely beach just 20 minutes away from the house. We can highly reccomend this house to all people who are planning a visit in Tuscany. You will find a really lovely house in a beautiful setting with a great host. Simone - Thank you very much for this great holiday!

We could not have asked for a better host. Simone is indeed one of a kind - generous, with a golden heart and never running out of precious recommendations. The accommodation was just as described and even better. A cozy, peaceful place with lovely neighbors. The pictures don´t lie. :) Simone, it was an honour to be your guests.
