Enjoy a cozy fireplace, forest-view balcony, and modern kitchen, as well as access to the amenities including a lap pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis, and basketball courts.
Aspen Grove offers an unbeatable location within walking distance of shops and activities in the Northstar Village. Hop aboard the complimentary shuttle and hit the slopes in minutes! During summer months, choose between hiking and mountain biking trails, splashing in the lake at Kings Beach, or making a tee time at the 18-hole golf course.
As you enter, you will discover vaulted open beam ceilings soar in the living room, detailed with a gas fireplace, comfy sleeper sofa, and smart TV. Cook hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, where a full suite of appliances includes a gas range. Perch at the breakfast bar for two or gather for meals together at the six-seat dining table. Forested views await on the covered balcony, outfitted with seating for two.
Rest comfortably in the first bedroom, complete with a smart TV and balcony access. The second bedroom features a smart TV as well. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a jetted massage bathtub/shower combination. A second bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities. You will also have access to a complimentary shuttle ride to Northstar Village.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and gas and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful place in a great area, two bedrooms, two floors, patios on both, nice kitchen, a bbq pit, stove, fridge, microwave, gas oven, the works, for a great price. Honestly you can’t beat it, the only thing I saw that needed attention was the chairs on the bottom patio (a housekeeper could probably come by a keep them clean for the guest). Other than that the family love the place. It’s literally a home away from home

Great location for going to Northstar with a shuttle that picks you up in the condos parking lot. The place itself was comfortable but could stand some good top to bottom cleaning and handy person attention. Couple light switches didn’t turn any fixtures on, few cobwebs here and there. Bed was comfy with ample pillows. The main bummer was that we really wanted a place with a hot tub and this one advertised it had one. It failed to mention that it is not on site and that you have to pay extra for it ($12) It is up the hill (car ride or shuttle) in the rec center. We never made it there so I can’t say anything about the quality. Great location and comfy enough but the hot tub issue made it so that we won’t stay there again.
