At least 450 years old luxury property is situated in the centre of City of Hvar, in a peaceful, charming street. This downtown villa has a yard, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen in the ground floor. Two bedrooms and two toilets on the first floor and a bedroom, a toilet and a cute terrace with beach chair on the second floor. It is only 10m away from the Cathedral, surrounded with numerous restaurants, bars, beaches, historical and cultural attractions. Decorated in a modern minimalist style, and equipped for your perfect vacation!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Hvar. The location was perfect, the villa was clean and comfortable and our stay was wonderful. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcomed us with treats upon arrival. She also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout which was a huge convenience. We highly recommend this beautiful villa.

This property was beautiful and just as pictured. It was clean, had comfy beds, A/C worked great and the location was incredible! FYI it is right next to a historic church so 2 in our group heard early bells. The rest of us had white noise phone apps and didn't ever hear them. Tea, the manager, was very communicative from the reservation through our departure. We would stay again.

We were a group of 4 and Villa Alea was a great stay in Hvar - literally located right in the Old Town, the location wa a perfect. We could walk everywhere easily and we were just off the beaten path, so it was quiet at night. The flat was really nice with everything you would need, and Tea is an excellent host. Check in and check out was a breeze and she was super responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. This place is a 10/10 and worth every penny!!!
