Kyriaki Villa is a 3-floor family complex located in Nea Iraklitsa town, a popular tourist destination, just 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. It Provides outdoor sitting on its private garden, where guests can enjoy a quiet evening having a BBQ or cool summer drinks.
It takes only 2 minutes by car or 10-20 minutes walking on the stone-paved path next to the sea to reach the heart and the center of Nea Iraklitsa, where guest can have coffee, take a walk on the beautiful marina, or have a meal in one of the waterfront restaurants .

The first floor has large living room with a big extra comfortable corner sofa which can sleep two children (plus one extra bed for a third child), a 43 inch 4K Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen where the brand new dining set can host 8 guests while there is a special dining corner for children, and a WC. A beautiful terrace awaits you right outside the living room with appropriate furniture to relax in the sun and a barbecue corner to enjoy with your friends.
The second floor has three double bedrooms, equipped with brand new queen size double beds (1.60X2.00m) with anatomic mattresses with latex, coated/lined with excellent quality artificial leather. There is also one single bed in one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have a balcony and are equipped with A+ Air Conditioning. A full bathroom.
