About this house rental
Spacious 2,350 sq ft, 3 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bathrooms - house with living room (with couch, loveseat, and work space), game room (with futon), and laundry room. Backyard has a BBQ grill, table with 6 chairs, an umbrella, outdoor couch, extra foldable chairs, fire pit, trampoline, playground, and small child's table. This house can accommodate 8 people, but above 6 is $55 per person. Very close to town. Safe motorcycle parking available.
The space
This house is very close to the heart of Yuba City not far from stores, gyms, restaurants, Gauche water park, Ellis Lake, Dirt bike tracks, Millennium Axe Throwing, Kart Racing, & Laser Tag. 20 minutes from Hard Rock and the Wheatland Toyota Amphitheatre. If you like spacious this house is the house for you. There are three bedrooms with king size beds and two bathrooms. The living room has a couch and love seat. The game room features ping pong, foozeball, and a futon. There is a laundry room for your use. There are TVs in the bedrooms, living room, and game room. Enjoy the backyard with table, chairs and umbrella, outdoor patio furniture, children’s table, swing bench, BBQ grill, fire pit, trampoline and playground. There used to be hens on the other side of the fence in the chicken coop/chicken run areas, but they had to be relocated to our residence for their safety.
NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.
does not allow parties or events at certain properties. My maximum for overnight guests does not allow for this home to qualify for a party/event waiver. If I knowingly hosted a party/event I would not be covered for any damages for anything that goes wrong. If I did and I got caught, I would be removed from the platform and banned for life, which I am not willing to risk, sorry. So please do not ask, and do not do. Thank you!

Guests have access to all spaces on the .33 acre property, except for the garage, and mud room, (which are locked).
Other things to note
This house has six barstools at counter height in the kitchen. There is no dining room table in the house. There is a fold out table, and folding chairs on the property if you need a lower height table.
This house does not have carpet. It does have one step going down into the game room and there is a baby gate. If you need the baby gate, it is in the game room. Baby gates have caused damage to the paint on the door frame. If you do use a baby gate, please make sure that it does not rip the paint off the door frame or there will be a $50 charge to have it sanded down and painted again.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Nice home. We enjoyed it a lot but were only there to basically sleep at night. Lots of family activities to do there although we did not get a chance to enjoy it. The only negative thing about the place although they said pet friendly they charged a lot of extra money afterward for cleaning and for replacement bed sheets and blankets because of dog hair even though I believe it was not the case.

Great house, very spacious and well stocked. Owner was very responsive with a clogged sink and shower, accommodated our time frame request. Bedrooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. Loved playing ping pong and trying to play pool!

My family and I stayed for a quick weekend and we were thrilled with the abundant space and comfort level of this home! The home was clean and well stocked, very comfortable living room furniture, two full bathrooms and three king size bedrooms. All of us slept well! My young daughter also enjoyed the backyard trampoline and indoor game room :) Our host Sharalee was very kind and quick to respond throughout the entire process. The home is also very centrally located to restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc.. and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. We come to Yuba City twice a year and hope to return to this lovely vacation rental!

The house was very nice. Comfortable beds. However, the WiFi was slow and went in & out. My tv preference is live sports & news. I wanted to watch the US Open & the Giant/Dodger game on FREE network tv but that was unavailable. Disappointing. Also I thought it was odd to charge me a 164 cleaning fee & then ask me to wash, dry & put away my dishes.
