Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it includes :
- a relaxation area with two convertible sofas ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- You will have access to the residence's SWIMMING POOL which is open from June to September.
The following facilities are available: Private parking , Shared swimming pool, Hairdryer, Television, Coffee machine, Heating, Garden, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
One of the apartment's assets is its location:
- close to various restaurants ;
- 300 meters from the Tourist Office.
The accommodation is located at 2min walk from a very nice little village shopping center (Pré-long shopping center) where you will find absolutely everything within reach: Sherpa, pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, tourist office, restaurants, bars, ski school, ski rental. You will also find a nice little cinema and a library!
Restaurants like La Marotte and Eau Petit Pont, will make you discover the local specialities. There is even an excellent restaurant in the residence in front of the swimming pool, l'Equilibre, which will allow you to eat as close as possible!
You can enjoy the mountains and the snow and go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or sledding. You can also take advantage of the accommodation in the summer, when the resort is appreciated by hikers, cyclists and all for its numerous sports and outdoor activities (mountain biking, rafting, fishing in the Clarée valley, .... )
A professional cleaning will be done before and after each traveler.

In winter, enjoy the vast ski slopes of the Serre Chevalier ski area, and in summer, explore hiking trails and breathtaking panoramas. Finally, 15 minutes away by car, Briançon will welcome you with its famous Vauban city, its superb landscapes, its restaurants and its casino.
