In the heart of the Aravis massif in the Bouchet valley, authentic 1877 chalet entirely renovated in stone and old wood in the purest local tradition with all modern comforts and high-end equipment, just 3 minutes from the ski slopes.
Classified 4 *, 205m2 on 2 levels, large living room (65m2) with its traditional fireplace for convivial evenings with family or friends by the fire, dining table 12 people, kitchen open to living room with bar table. Direct access from the kitchen to the covered terrace and the garden for outdoor meals facing the mountains.
2 master suites with private bathrooms and toilets, 3 bedrooms including 1 dormitory 4 beds way refuge, 2 independent bathrooms, play area / TV, ski room with dry gloves and dry shoes, laundry, 2 separate toilets. New high-end bedding.
Magnificent view of the Aravis range. South exposure for maximum sunshine. Exceptional natural environment, quiet. Light traffic road in cul de sac serving the chalet and leads to the ski lifts in winter. Ideal with children.
By car: 3mn lifts (2,7km) access and easy parking; 2 min from cross-country skiing and golf in summer (1.6km); 6 minutes from the center of the village (5km).
Shuttle bus ski bus and departure hiking routes to 1,7km.

Three generations of our family stayed at La Liardaz and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The beautiful property is so spacious and clean and the hosts were very accommodating and welcoming.
The highlight of the property are the views. Every day we took picture after picture - we couldn’t believe these views were real and wanted to share with our friends and family back home.
La Liardaz is less than a 10 minute drive to Le Grand Bornand which has many great options of restaurants and for shopping.
This has become a favorite vacation spot and we definitely plan to return!

Very nicely renovated, charming chalet. Perfectly situated for those who want easy access to the ski area while still being in a somewhat isolated mountain setting. A very helpful and gracious owner who made our stay a pleasant one.
