4. Please use your designated parking space at your residence. (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. No charging electric vehicles or can pay a fee to do so.
6. Pet Friendly (2 pets Maximum)

Port A is my home away from home. This house was perfect. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The location was close to the beach and fairly close to everything else. I have no complaints.

We really liked this rental but were disappointed in a couple of things. We were only there for 3 nights so we didn’t contact the property manager and just made the best of it.- The downstairs was a little too warm and seemed to have a difficult time getting cool. We slept in the downstairs bedroom and it was uncomfortably warm the whole time. The family members that stayed upstairs on the 2nd floor said the air blew super cold upstairs and they were really cold upstairs. It was strange that the upstairs was so much cooler than downstairs, it’s usually the opposite.- the pool on the property was in pretty bad shape. It looked like it was overdue for a clean. We didn’t use the pool due to uncleanliness concerns. We understand that sand in the pool is common but the water was green and there was algae on the pool walls with strange looking foam on top of the water.I will add that the unit was very clean when we arrived, the rooms are nicely decorated, and the rental is well equipped.
