Biltmore Villa, originally named The Chapman House, was built in 1900 and is one of 14 historic cottages constructed for the Biltmore Estate workers employed by Vanderbilt in the early 20th century. Designed by Robert Sharp Smith, his notable "Biltmore-style" buildings are a blend of English Arts and Crafts and Elizabethan Tudor, giving them the look of a charming countryside cottage in an English village.
This unique vacation rental is in the heart of Biltmore Village, within walking distance of its shops and restaurants. Take a 1-minute walk to Corner Kitchen or Olde World Christmas Shoppe, or pop across the street to LKN Cheesecakery (coming soon) in the former site of Well-Bred Bakery. A 2-minute walk leads to Fig (temporarily closed), and a 5-minute walk to the local favorite, Hillman Beer. Also nearby are Burial Beer Company's Forestry Camp, Gemelli by Strada Italiano, Andaaz (temporarily closed), and Ruth's Chris Steak House. The Biltmore House & Gardens, a National Historic Landmark, is a 2-minute drive away, making the aptly named Biltmore Villa the perfect getaway spot for a couple or solo traveler planning to explore the "Gilded Age" gem and everything else the city of Asheville has to offer!
Please Note: This rental is pet-friendly with an additional fee, but only dogs under 50 lbs. are permitted. This apartment-style unit is located on the upper level of a historic home, with the lower level currently undergoing an exciting transformation into a future retail space! While there is active construction, work is completed during daytime hours to limit disruptions.

Great location in Historic Biltmore Village. Used as base for Biltmore, NC Arboretum, Chimney Rock, Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Several good restaurants in walking distance. Walked to dinner 4 of 5 nights.

Great stay, although disclaimers are made about the establishment downstairs. However it was a non- issue during our stay.

The service was great. The location was great. The property is quaint and in keeping with the area but it needs a refresh. TV is too small. Water pressure is weak and slow to warm up. Ice trays. If quaint is what you want, this is the place to stay

Quaint cottage above an establishment. The outdoor space was spectacular!
The location was very accessible to shopping and dining. There was a restaurant across the street that was phenomenal and anyway you should check out their shrimp and grits! There were some drawbacks that were minimal.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time eating and relaxing!
