Beautiful location and easy location from ferry and other Kingston locations. The house itself is beautiful and well appointed. It has everything we needed for us and our 9 year old twins. On night one we even had a guest hang with us. Views, home, hosts all stellar.

The cutest cottage!! It’s exactly what I had hoped for! Perfectly situated near the ferry with a beautiful view of the water. My first impression when entering was that everything was new and well kept. The furniture was well placed and very comfortable. I loved having my coffee in the morning and looking out the windows at the water. There are two bedrooms on the main floorwith their own private bathrooms, and both again were very up-to-date, clean and very well kept. The third bedroom is located downstairs almost basement like. This space is almost like a small apartment, which I found perfect for added privacy. It has its own living room area, TV, separate bathroom and of course the bedroom. We didn’t really get to explore outside too much in the immediate outside area of the house as we were there for a wedding, but I noticed lots of people walking in the morning on the pedestrian path in front of the house which separates the house from the water. The only drawback is the property has only two parking spots. If you have three vehicles, you will need to find a parking spot along the street somewhere. All in all, I highly recommend this property! Just beautiful with an amazing view of the water!

The house was Very Clean, well maintained, decorated super cute, and the host was very helpful. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch watching all the Sound Activity as well as through the large picture windows. Kingston is a fun spot and an easy walk from the house. We also enjoyed the pedestrian only street in front. I would highly recommend it.

I, my daughter and granddaughter enjoyed staying here to attend a wedding. It was perfect. The view of the water, ferries, Mt Ranier and Seattle skyline in the distance was an unexpected bonus. The cottage was immaculate. Decorated tastefully and up to date on everything. The gliding chairs were a special treat to sit in to enjoy the view from the porch. We could walk to town and there is a walking path to enjoy the sound. We loved it!
