The property is a lower unit and located on a canal with all the amenities you need. The kitchen comes with everything to prepare meals, Keurig coffee pot, dishwasher, a covered porch on canal, fire pit, BBQ, place to dock up to a 24ft boat. It’s within walking distance to town, establishments and Algonac State Park. There is also great fishing in the area and several fishing tournaments throughout the year. It’s within seconds from the St. Clair River and minutes from the St. Clair Flats, Lake St. Clair and Harsens Island. It's also a great place and area for family vacation or a relaxing getaway!

I cant say enough great things about the house and the host. We forgot an expensive electric tooth brush and Jody was so kind to ship it back home to us. The location is perfect and the house is very nice inside and out. My 24ft pontoon fit perfectly at the dock. Some of the neighbors in the canal noticed us from the last time we were out and they are so friendly as well.

I loved this little spot on the canal! It was spotless, modern, and beautifully updated with everything I needed. The space felt fresh and well stocked, making my stay comfortable and easy. Peaceful setting and such a beautiful place overall. I would happily stay here again anytime!
