IN THE HEART OF MENTON IN A QUIET AREA A FEW STEPS FROM THE SEA, PEDESTRIAN STREET AND TRAIN STATION

Great value for the money. Very small but very clean in a secure building and in quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and beach. Includes all linens, cooking utensils as well as dishes. Owner is very accommodating and pleasant.

i recommend this studio for its excelent location.close to shops seafront eating places and all this lovely town has to offer.its in a nice quiet area.ideal for a couple.it is very clean.10 minute walk to the train staton for access to the many places on the cote d azur. hope to return next year.

If one of your criteria for a vacation rental is price, this is your place. We always rent this flat when we go to Menton. It's unbeatable - in price and location. It's near supermarkets, the train station (if you plan to go around the Cote d'Azur with the local trains), near the old part of town and near the beach. It's clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The owner, Fernanda, is also a very friendly woman who has become a friend from our regular stays there. We consider it our second home in Menton. Cet appartement est simplement super. C'est près de tout - la Gare, les supermarchés, la plage, le Vieux Ville... Et le plus important, le prix de location est plus que correct. Fernanda, la proprietaire, est aussi une dame très gentil prêt à donner des conseils pour un séjour réussi. On y est resté au moins 3 fois cette année et c'est devenu presque notre "habitation secondaire".

The studio is great. Fernanda is very kind. The neighbourhood is very very quiet, and the building is beautiful. The only think I hated was the fact that it hadnt internet Access. Nowadays is very important for working and communicate. The TV Channel Net was horrible. These two points are very important and need to be improved.
