Great place walking distance (2 -3 km) to Vence. Bikes available but we didn't use because very steep and narrow roads.

The house is all on one floor with a separate bedroom. Everything you could need us provided. There is a great pagoda with table and chairs on One side of the garden and really good quality furniture including sun beds on the other part of the garden. The hosts who live just above are very friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive . We would not hesitate in thoroughly recommending this gite.

Very clean and well equipped property with friendly owners. The living space in small but adequate. Seating area outside was lovely to enjoy after our walks in the hills to the north. The road that runs from Vence to St Jeannet runs past the property and it can get noisy at rush hour and precludes walks from the door but other than that it was well placed for walks to the east, west and north with short car journeys to the start and end.
