This beautiful 2 room apartment of 40m2 tastefully renovated, a living room and a bedroom located in the city center very well placed opposite a square (garden) is 150 meters from the beach in a recently renovated residence equipped with cameras with 2 elevators and a solarium with sea view deckchairs on the 7th floor.
