About this villa rental
Our beautiful villa is situated in a small private development that whilst quite is only a fifteen minute walk to the main protaras strip which is alive with restaurants , shops , entertainment and beautiful fig tree bay beaches ,so a car is not a necessity when staying at Artemis. Artemis villa has a private pool , barbecue , pergola , private driveway , modern kitchen , large fridge , microwave and washing machine ,flat screen TV , FREE WI FI ,3 bedrooms (2bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs) , all with fitted wardrobes , main bathroom upstairs , both bedrooms have patio doors that lead onto a balcony that has a table and four chairs , downstairs there is a toilet and shower .outside pool area there are six sunbeds , large table and six chairs ,large stone built barbecue , all outside areas are fenced for privacy .there are numerous outside lamps and pool light for those evenings where you can chill out with a glass of wine , have a barbecue and an evening swim in our private pool which is light up at night . We are also very near the main bus route for visits to other well know areas , Greko Bay , Ayia Nappa , Pernera just to name a few , water parks are also quite near . daily boat trips to various places are a must , or an evening boat trip to watch the sunset just beautiful . there are daily open top bus trips to so visitors all the beauty of Protaras and the surrounding areas . no one can be disappointed when staying in PROTARS. For the sporty minded adventurers there are a number of water sports available to beginners and experienced alike from scuba diving , snorkelling to parasailing , water skiing and much more

We were slightly disappointed upon arrival as the fridge freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine didn’t appear to have been cleaned very well for some time, not that we used them but would have preferred them cleaner. The mattresses could definitely do with being thicker as they were very uncomfortable. Whilst most of the major windows benefitted from blinds or shutters, the south facing main window in the master bedroom had neither, just some thin curtains. That meant that the master bedroom was bathed in light at sunrise, which was about 6.20am when we were there - far too early! The pool man came once in the whole 2 weeks we were there so that was disappointing, and not the twice weekly that Stacey told us would happen.On the positive side, the Villa was in fantastic location, the showers were superb and very powerful. Bonus having a downstairs bedroom and bathroom as well as the one upstairs. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Lovely welcome pack upon arrival, especially when the UK flights are so late. Plenty of outdoor seating and sun beds with a good size garden so it doesn’t feel overcrowded. First villa in Cyprus that we’ve had where we didn’t encounter a cockroach or army of ants for the fortnight, which was brilliant. Alan also agreed to a late check out, which was greatly appreciated.If Alan could sort the window, the mattresses and the pool/cleaning contracts, this would be a brilliant villa. Alan also great and easy to deal with.

10 mins from the strip, nice big villa. Good communications with owner and local assistant. Well equipped. I would just say the bathrooms will need an upgrade soon and the pool whilst very clean, needed effort every day to clear all the leaves from the trees and insects. Overall good value for money.

Beautiful villa had everything you would need for a lovely holiday. The garden and swimming pool area were very large.would definitely recommend to anyone. The downstairs bedroom was really good as I have trouble with my legs x
