Just steps from the center of San Gimignano, CasaVesta is a three-story apartment located in a historic building. The accommodation consists of a living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry room. Free Wi-Fi, home office space, smart TV, and air conditioning are available in every room. A cot and high chair are available on request. The Etruscan basement is accessible as a place for meditation or relaxation. Public transport is within walking distance, and nearby you will find restaurants, ice cream shops, wineries, and bars ideal for breakfast. One pet is allowed. Smoking and organizing parties or events are not permitted. Recycling bins and a card for accessing public waste containers are provided. Further information is given on site. The property is equipped with water and electricity saving devices. You can take part in tastings at a local farm. Inside the house, you may enjoy some products from the winery at discounted prices and EVO oil. In the main cellar, you can purchase wines and participate in wine tours, tastings, and local experiences. The apartment is located within the city walls, in a limited traffic area not accessible by vehicles. However, you can park your car in a paid public parking lot just outside the city walls, with discounted rates available through an access card provided upon arrival and to be requested in advance. Please note that check-in must be done at a farm located about 2 km away.

Excellent location. Clean. Tons of charm and history. Our Host, Roberto, was very helpful and accommodating and want to thank him for making our return trip to San Gimiginano memorable. Bonus is that the host also has a winery we visited. Only drawback is we should we have stayed longer. Look forward to coming back.
