The host is very friendly , the living room is spacious
Only living room have air condition, the room a bit stuffy as there is no fan and aircon .

Very good location for the purpose we used it for - a stopover on our way. It is clean, has everything we need, the hosts are very kind and responsive, we easily found a parking space, and the hosts recommended a restaurant for dinner with very tasty local food.
The base is old and needs renovation, but the kind hosts make up for this shortcoming.

The hotel is situated on the calm street 200 meters away from the central beach. It offers spacious two-bed flats. Every flat has well-fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, dining room and bathroom. The hotel has been managed by a very kind, helpful and cheerfully family. It has a small private parking.
In conclusion, I heartily recommend the Ahmeda apart hotel to the visitors of Ayvalik.
The owner has to replace the old Wi-Fi modems with modern ones. It would lead to the better Internet in the hotel.
